Leeds Businesses to Gather for Mental Health Event

Business leaders across Leeds have been invited to attend an event aimed at encouraging open conversations about mental health and suicide prevention. The gathering, titled Nibbles & Natter, is organised by the suicide prevention charity HelloHope in partnership with Homage2Fromage, a local cheese provider. It will take place on Thursday 16 April 2026 at Adelphi Leeds from 6pm to 9pm.
Event details and purpose
The evening will offer attendees an informal setting to enjoy a cheeseboard experience featuring eight different cheeses, accompanied by breads, crackers and chutneys. The event is designed to prioritise relaxed conversation and community connection over formal networking.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about supporting positive mental health and suicide prevention within workplaces and local communities. The event will include a short presentation from Ellie MacDonald, Founder and CEO of HelloHope, who will discuss the organisation’s work delivering mental health and suicide prevention training to businesses. Nick from Homage2Fromage will also speak about their inclusive approach to cheese events.
