The shortlist for the annual Leeds Partnership Awards has been revealed, recognising the efforts of staff and students at Leeds University across a range of categories. The awards highlight achievements in teaching excellence, equality and inclusion, wellbeing, research innovation, and community impact, reflecting the university’s focus on collaboration and enhancing the student experience.

Record number of nominations

Professor Kenneth McDowall, Interim Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Student Education and Experience, commented on the high volume of entries this year. He noted that the record-breaking number of nominations made the shortlisting process particularly challenging for the judging panel. The awards continue to be regarded as an important way to acknowledge the contributions made by members of the university community.
