Leeds Wellbeing Week Scheduled for June 2026

Leeds Wellbeing Week is set to take place from Monday 1 June to Sunday 7 June 2026, marking its seventh annual occurrence. This year, the event will be organised by HelloHope, a Leeds-based mental health and suicide prevention Community Interest Company, for the first time.
Programme and participation
The week-long celebration will feature a wide range of activities across Leeds, involving businesses, residents, students, and community groups. Events will include workshops, talks, yoga sessions, sound baths, meditation, and discussions on topics such as mental health, neurodiversity, burnout, and workplace wellbeing.
Background and leadership
Leeds Wellbeing Week was founded in 2017 by Lucile Allen-Paisant and has since become a recognised annual event in the city’s health and wellbeing calendar. HelloHope is now leading the initiative, aiming to expand its reach and build upon the established foundation.
Sponsors and partners
The headline sponsor for 2026 is EGYM Hussle, a fitness benefit provider offering discounted access to gyms, pools, and spas across the UK. EGYM Hussle and its partners will host a series of events during the week, including a flagship event for HR and people leaders on Tuesday 2 June at Department at Leeds Dock.
