The event runs in two timed sessions each day: 10:00am to 12:00pm and 12:00pm to 2:00pm, with limited capacity to ensure a quality experience for attendees.

Community and Charity Support

Proceeds from ticket sales support Leeds Children’s Charity, which uses the funds to provide residential breaks and outdoor activities for disadvantaged children in the Leeds area. The charity aims to help children develop confidence, resilience, and lasting friendships through these opportunities.

Ticket Availability and Volunteering

Tickets for Saturday 31 October are close to selling out, with limited availability remaining for Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October. Interested families are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

Additionally, the organisers are seeking volunteers to assist with decorating and event set-up on Wednesday 28 October, particularly to support the Wicked Woods Trick or Treat Trail. Volunteers contribute significantly to the event’s success and the charity’s fundraising efforts.
