Opportunity to influence community and cultural activities in Leeds

Left Bank Leeds, a Grade II listed former church building located on Cardigan Road, is inviting applications for new voluntary board members to join its Charity Board and Community Interest Company (CIC) Board. The venue, situated approximately one mile west of Leeds city centre, is known for its diverse range of activities that promote creativity, community connection, and wellbeing.

About Left Bank Leeds

The site operates as a social enterprise and serves multiple functions, including hosting weddings, celebrations, markets, and corporate events. It has developed a growing reputation as a valued community hub in the LS6 area.

Board Membership Details

No prior board experience is required for applicants. The organisation is seeking individuals who:

  • Care about community, creativity, and wellbeing
  • Want to support a unique Leeds organisation
  • Have skills, experience, or ideas to contribute
  • Are interested in areas such as strategy, governance, community impact, or organisational development
  • Wish to learn more about the roles of trustees or directors
