From the 2nd to the 8th March, Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds will celebrate Holi with a vibrant, week-long Festival of Colour in the heart of the city.

Founded by acclaimed celebrity chef Vivek Singh, the restaurant will mark the arrival of spring with a limited-edition Holi Sharing Feast available for £35pp and three theatrically colour-dusted cocktails at £12 each.

Available in both meat and vegetarian menus, the feast showcases bold regional Indian flavours, from Old Delhi-style butter chicken and Lamb Roganjosh to Tellicherry root vegetable biryani, finishing with warm gulab jamun and ice cream.

The limited-edition cocktails, Golden Masala, Rani Rouge and Emerald Refresher, are inspired by the vibrant gulal powders of Holi, blending fruit, spice and fresh herbs before being finished with a dusting of edible colour.
