Employers invited to contribute to new wellbeing programme design

Business in the Community (BITC) is developing a new programme aimed at improving employee wellbeing and resilience, particularly within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations. The initiative intends to offer a series of online sessions and peer learning workshops tailored to the needs of employers.

Survey seeks employer input

Before finalising the programme, BITC is inviting employers to share their experiences and views through a short survey, which takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. The feedback gathered will help ensure that the support provided aligns with the current challenges and requirements faced by organisations.

  • Programme focus: Employee wellbeing and resilience
  • Target audience: SMEs and VCSE organisations
  • Format: Online sessions and peer learning workshops
  • Survey length: Around 10 minutes

Employers interested in participating can access the survey via the following link: Employee Wellbeing Survey – Start Here.
