Healthy Heart Grants Available for Northern England Communities

Heart Research UK is offering grants of up to £15,000 to community groups in the North of England to support initiatives aimed at reducing the risk of coronary heart disease. The Healthy Heart Grants are designed to fund projects that encourage healthier lifestyles among adults, with a focus on preventing heart disease.
Grant details and eligibility
The funding is intended for projects that address one or more of the following areas:
- Healthy eating
- Physical activity
- Smoking cessation
- Alcohol consumption
Priority will be given to innovative ideas that help people live longer and healthier lives, particularly within communities considered at higher risk of heart disease.
Application process and deadlines
- Applications must be submitted by Wednesday 3 June 2026.
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an online interview on Wednesday 29 July 2026.
