Leeds Residents Invited to Participate in Travel Survey

Local commuters encouraged to share travel habits ahead of 2026 survey

Residents and workers in Leeds who commute to their workplace are being invited to take part in the 2026 Travel to Work survey. The survey aims to gather information on how people travel within the city, including whether they use trains, cars, bicycles, or walk. The data collected will be used to better understand travel behaviour and to assist in future transport planning and investment decisions in Leeds.

Survey details and incentives

Anyone who participates in the survey will be able to redeem 100 bonus BetterPoints. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to win one of four bundles worth 25,000 BetterPoints each, equivalent to £25, through the BetterPoints app. The survey is open until 3 April, and those interested are encouraged to take part before it closes.

How to participate

  • Be based at or commute to a workplace in Leeds
  • Complete the 2026 Travel to Work survey before 3 April
  • Redeem bonus BetterPoints and enter the prize draw via the BetterPoints app
