Two Weeks of Training and Events to Promote Safeguarding Awareness

Leeds is set to host its annual Safeguarding Weeks from 17 to 28 November 2025, continuing the initiative following the success of the 2024 programme. The event is a collaborative effort involving the Leeds Safeguarding Adults Board, Leeds Safeguarding Children Partnership, and Safer Leeds.

Programme Overview

The two-week period will feature a range of free training sessions and learning events focused on safeguarding. The first week, from 17 to 21 November, coincides with Safeguarding Adults Week, a national campaign organised by the Ann Craft Trust. This alignment allows for the inclusion of additional events dedicated to adult safeguarding.
