Mayor Launches Big Ideas Challenge for Young People

The Mayor of West Yorkshire, Tracy Brabin, has announced the opening of the Big Ideas Challenge, a new initiative aimed at engaging young people aged 16 to 26 across the region. The challenge invites participants to develop creative solutions to issues they care about, with the support of a specially designed programme.
Details of the Challenge
The programme is free to attend and offers 54 places divided across three age groups. Participants can apply as individuals or in teams. Those who complete the programme will receive a minimum £100 voucher as recognition of their efforts.
In addition to the voucher, ideas submitted will be assessed against specific criteria, with the opportunity to win further prizes valued up to £625.
