New Bereavement Café Opens in Horsforth

A new bereavement café has been established in Horsforth to provide peer support for individuals affected by grief. The initiative aims to create a welcoming environment where people can share their experiences, listen to others, or simply find a quiet space to reflect.
Details of the Bereavement Café
- Location: Cragg Hill Baptist Church, Horsforth
- Schedule: Every third Friday of the month
- Time: 1.30pm to 3.00pm
- Purpose: To offer a safe space for people to acknowledge their grief, share stories, and find comfort and connection
The café is free to attend and is designed to support anyone who may be struggling with bereavement, whether they wish to speak openly about their feelings or prefer to listen quietly. The organisers hope the group will help participants realise they are not alone in their grief journey.
