New Digital Support Service for Leeds Residents

Free one-to-one help available for people with learning disabilities

A new digital support service has been launched in Leeds to assist individuals with learning disabilities or difficulties. The initiative provides personalised help with digital devices, aiming to improve users’ confidence and skills in using technology.

Service details

The support is offered through one-to-one sessions held at an office in central Leeds. Participants can receive assistance with a range of digital needs, including:

  • Adjusting device settings
  • Using apps effectively
  • Understanding digital safety
  • Maximising the use of phones and other devices

Each individual can access up to three meetings with a Digital Champion, who provides tailored guidance. The service is provided free of charge.
