New Fellowship Programme to Develop Health Leaders in Leeds

Opportunities to enhance leadership and impact local health services

A new development programme called the Partnerships Leading Care (PLC) Fellowship has been launched to support individuals interested in advancing their leadership skills within the Leeds health and care system. The 12-month programme aims to foster system-wide thinking and leadership capabilities among participants, enabling them to contribute effectively to neighbourhood health improvements across Leeds.

Details of the PLC Fellowship

The PLC Fellowship is designed for people who wish to:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of system thinking in health and care
  • Strengthen their leadership practice
  • Make a meaningful difference within the Leeds Health and Care system

The programme spans one year and offers a structured approach to leadership development within the context of local health services.

Application Process
