New Mental Health Support Group for Parents in East Leeds

A new support group focused on parental mental health has been established in East Leeds. The group is organised by the PANDAS Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting parents with their mental health needs.
The group provides a space where parents can meet for peer support, offering an opportunity for conversation and gentle mental health assistance in an informal setting. Attendance is free, and the sessions are designed to be welcoming and supportive.
