Theatre Participation Project Launches at Leeds Playhouse

A new theatre participation project linked to the upcoming production Our Public House is being offered at Leeds Playhouse. Organised in collaboration with Dash Arts, the project invites members of the public to take part in workshops, rehearsals, and performances connected to the show scheduled for May.
Workshop sessions
Participants can choose to attend one of two available workshops designed to develop speechwriting and performance skills. The sessions are scheduled as follows:
- Friday 20 March, 4pm – 8pm
- Saturday 21 March, 11am – 4pm
Rehearsal requirements
Those involved are expected to attend at least two rehearsal sessions. The initial rehearsal options are:
- Monday 20 April, 12pm – 2pm or 6pm – 8pm
- Afternoon sessions on Thursday 14 May and Friday 15 May, with some flexibility for alternative times during the week commencing 18 May
Performance dates
The performances of Our Public House involving the participants will take place on the following dates:
- Friday 15 May
- Saturday 16 May
- Wednesday 20 May
- Thursday 21 May
- Friday 22 May
- Saturday 23 May (matinee and evening)
