Players and Fans Darts Tournament Set for February 21

Guiseley AFC Supporters’ Club to Host Annual Event at Nethermoor

Guiseley AFC Supporters’ Club will hold its annual Players and Fans Darts Tournament on Saturday, 21 February 2026, at the Nethermoor clubhouse. The event offers an opportunity for fans to compete alongside first team players in a series of darts matches following the club’s fixture against Warrington Town.

Tournament Details and Format

Last year’s champion, Sam Bentley, is expected to defend his title in this year’s competition. The tournament will follow a knockout format with the following structure:

• 16 doubles teams will compete in two 101 eliminator matches each.
• The four winning teams will advance to a 301 semi-final round.
• The final two teams will contest a traditional 501 match to determine the overall winner.

The winning team will receive a prize of £50. Entry to participate in the tournament costs £5 per team. Those interested in taking part should register with Ivor in the clubhouse after the Warrington Town game on the day of the event.

Organisers have noted that the number of teams may be adjusted on the night depending on demand.

Upcoming Supporters’ Club Events

Following the darts tournament, the Supporters’ Club has scheduled additional events at the clubhouse, including:

• Race Night on Saturday, 21 March 2026, from 6pm
• Music Bingo on Saturday, 4 April 2026, from 5:45pm

These events aim to provide further opportunities for community engagement and socialising among supporters.
